Terms of Service

By accessing TrainFusion, joining a waitlist, creating an account, completing the Fusion Assessment™, browsing Coach Discovery™, or using any TrainFusion feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use TrainFusion.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use TrainFusion. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.

TrainFusion is currently designed for users in supported launch markets and may limit availability by location, role, or product stage.

Clients are responsible for deciding whether a coach is right for them and for consulting an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before beginning a new fitness or nutrition program if they have health concerns.

Personal Trainers, Nutrition Coaches, and Trainer & Nutrition Coaches are responsible for staying within their scope of practice, maintaining required credentials and insurance, conducting their own intake and informed consent processes, and complying with applicable laws and professional standards.

Some TrainFusion features require an account. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may use authentication, role selection, onboarding, and legal acceptance records to manage access to client, coach, and admin features.

You may not misuse TrainFusion, submit false credentials, impersonate another person, harass others, scrape the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, or use the platform to provide services you are not qualified or permitted to offer.

TrainFusion may review, hide, reject, suspend, or remove accounts, Coach Profiles, credentials, reviews, photos, videos, transformations, or other content that violates these terms or our policies.

Payments are not part of the initial launch experience. If TrainFusion adds paid subscriptions, booking fees, commissions, or other payment features in the future, additional payment terms may apply.

Future payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another third-party provider. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.

For V1, TrainFusion may link to a coach's external booking software or website. TrainFusion does not control those third-party booking tools and does not guarantee that an appointment was scheduled, attended, or completed.

Future TrainFusion scheduling and messaging features may help coordinate consultations, but coaches and clients remain responsible for confirming details, expectations, fees, and service terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information, coach introductions, photos, videos, transformation stories, reviews, testimonials, and messages. By submitting content, you give TrainFusion permission to host, display, process, and use it to operate and promote the platform, subject to your settings and applicable law.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, especially photos, videos, testimonials, and transformation stories involving other people.

TrainFusion, Fusion Assessment™, Coach Discovery™, the website, product designs, text, graphics, software, scoring logic, and brand elements are owned by TrainFusion or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or use TrainFusion materials except as allowed by these terms or with written permission.

You may stop using TrainFusion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, submit false information, misuse the platform, or are required to be removed by law.

Certain records may be retained where needed for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, credential review, audit logs, or legitimate business purposes.

TrainFusion is a marketplace and compatibility platform. We do not provide medical advice, guarantee client results, guarantee coach quality, or guarantee that a match will lead to a successful coaching relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainFusion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for disputes between clients, coaches, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state and country where TrainFusion is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
