TrainFusion collects the information you provide when you join a waitlist, create an account, complete the Fusion Assessment™, build a Coach Profile, submit reviews, upload content, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, city or region, role, coaching preferences, goals, availability, budget preferences, profile details, credentials, photos, videos, reviews, and support messages.

We also collect technical information such as device type, browser, pages viewed, approximate location from network information, cookies, and log data so we can operate and improve the platform.

We use information to operate TrainFusion, manage waitlist signups, create client and coach accounts, power AI-assisted and deterministic coach matching, personalize Coach Discovery™, display Coach Profiles, verify credentials, prevent abuse, send service emails, and improve the product.

TrainFusion may use automated systems to compare Fusion Assessment™ answers with coach profile signals. Matching is designed to estimate compatibility; it does not guarantee results, safety, or a specific outcome.

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, session management, and core website functionality. We may also use analytics and performance tools to understand how visitors use TrainFusion and where the experience can improve.

If we add marketing cookies in the future, we will use them to measure campaigns and improve launch communications, subject to applicable consent requirements.

When you join the client or verified coach waitlist, we collect the information needed to contact you about early access and understand demand by role, location, and coaching interest.

We send confirmation emails and internal waitlist notifications using our email provider. You can ask us to remove your waitlist information at any time.

Clients may provide Fusion Assessment™ answers, preferences, saved coaches, consultation activity, reviews, and profile details. Coaches may provide public profile information, services, pricing, training locations, availability, certifications, insurance details, introduction videos, photos, and transformation content.

Some coach information is reviewed before becoming public. Private verification materials, admin notes, credential IDs, and insurance documents are not intended to appear on public Coach Profiles.

TrainFusion may host or display coach-generated and client-generated content such as profile photos, introduction videos, transformation stories, progress photos, reviews, testimonials, and coach responses.

Only content intended for public display should be submitted for public areas of the platform. Content may be moderated, hidden, or removed if it violates platform rules or legal requirements.

TrainFusion uses third-party providers to operate the service. These may include Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and security; Resend for email; Vercel for hosting; YouTube for embedded coach introductions; Google Maps or similar services for location features; Stripe for future payments; and external booking tools such as Calendly, Acuity, or other coach-provided scheduling pages.

When you interact with third-party tools, their privacy practices may also apply. We encourage you to review their policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including access controls, private storage for sensitive documents, and row-level security where appropriate.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use a strong password, protect your account, and contact us if you believe your information has been compromised.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain uses of your personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications.
